“Productivity-Reward Time Lag, THE Missing Link From Network Marketing Training!”

What the heck is “Productivity-Reward Time Lag?” And how does it affect my business?

Great questions, and very important ones at that! If you and your team organization want to reach the highest levels of your compensation plan in your current opportunity in Network Marketing, you better know (or find) the answer!

Highly successful people reap consistently abundant rewards throughout their career(s): Recognition, money, promotions, advancements, respect and admiration to name just a few. The rewards that they reap however are often delayed for extended periods of time. (Especially in Network Marketing.)

A prime example of this, is when you or someone on your team enrolls a new customer into your service, (Productivity) today, your new customer doesn’t get a bill for their new service until next month, then you don’t get paid your commission (The Reward) until the following month, (or later) after your new customer pays their bill. This is the “Productivity (new customer enrollment) Reward (your commission) Time Lag”(the 2 or 3 months between the two).

Failing to include this minor little issue in your Network Marketing Training (MLM Training) when you enroll a new prospect into your business is a sure-fire recipe for failure. Yet it happens every single day. Day in and day out.

Because of the “Productivity-Reward Time Lag” it takes a continuous steady stream of steady accomplishments before you reap the rewards. The problem is compounded by the fact that over 95% of all Network Marketers are only working part-time at it. Truth be told, a series of continual, consistent accomplishments for someone very part-time is difficult to do at best. For One: they don’t get much training in the first place. Two: what Network Marketing Training that they do get, does not cover the fact that there is sometimes a long delay between productivity and the very money that they are in this business to acquire. All they are told is how much money their up line sponsor, Joe Millionaire is making every month, how wonderful this opportunity is and their product is better than all of the other “me too” products out there.

See the problem there? When rewards of accomplishment-recognition, advancement, money, admiration, respect and more are too long delayed we all become discouraged. “Activity that is rewarded is repeated, Activity that goes un-rewarded is extinguished.” We QUIT!

The Productivity-Reward Time Lag is not going to go away. That is just the way it is. Deal with it. Teach it. Understand it.

There is a way to offset this problem for the 95% of part-timers and that is using Automated Systems and tools. With the dominating presence of the information highway it is now possible for the average beginner in Network Marketing (MLM) to level the playing field, and reap huge financial rewards.

Today there are hundreds, if not thousands of online Network Marketing Training tutorials that cover all the aspects of recruiting, lead generation, funded proposal marketing, using auto responders, social networking with facebook, twitter, youtube and more. Employ these tutorials and full blown Network Marketing Trainings for yourself and plug into them. You can’t undo the Productivity-Reward Time Lag or make it go away any time soon, but you can certainly employ these systems to provide even the most part-timer, of part-timers to produce consistent productivity and financial success.

Okay, now you have things going pretty smoothly. You have your training being handled through the internet automatically and you have learned to offset the time lag involved with other automated systems that include social media, auto responders, funded proposal marketing and tutorials. Guess what time it is now? It is time to turn on the after burners and go for the coveted multiple streams of income and do it all over again for even more profits. There are Network Marketing professionals out there using these automated systems that are making so much money that they use a scale to weigh it instead of a machine to count it.
