Advantages Of Ionized Water Filter
Water is the most useful compound on earth and the use of this life-sustaining substance is just extensive that one finds it in all industries. It acts as a component, a solvent, an ingredient, a vessel, a washing and cleaning agent, and a cooler. However, not any kind of water is suitable for every kind of application. At present, there are two common forms of purified water being utilized, the distilled and the deionized water (Dl). Although the purification of water can be done through other processes, including carbon filtration, reverse osmosis, micro porous filtration, ultraviolet oxidation, ultra filtration and electro dialysis.
Deionized (DI) water is aggressive. It compensates the loss of minerals or ions by taking them away from the surrounding. This means the DI water is more efficient in removing ions or dirt minerals from surfaces than tap water. Tap water leaves mineral residues on surfaces upon long use. DI water does not because in the first place it has nothing to leave. This means that this kind of water is a better cleaning agent than the other one. Resistivity expressed in Meg Ohms is a precise way of measuring water purity in case of deionized or demineralised water. When it comes to cleaning, however, the advantage of deionized water over ordinary tap water is quite obvious.
There are a few ways to test the quality of deionized water. This type of water contains much lower amounts of ions as the name suggests. Thus a good way of testing is through the resistivity and conductivity of water that results upon analysis. Water that is pure is never a conductor of electricity. It is the presence of ion impurities that water becomes a conductor.
Ionized water balances the acidity of the body and makes it harder for diseases and viruses to take hold and develop. Maintaining an alkaline pH (6.9-7.2) helps us to maintain an environment in our bodies that is NOT conducive to disease. It may take time, but depending on how acidic your body is now, ionized water, because of its alkaline properties, will flush acid waste from the body. Ionized water is meant to work as a preventative measure, however if you are ill with any disease it always helps to stay alkaline.
My first reaction was to say that water is just water and as long as it was clean, then I had nothing to worry about. listed to numerous audio testimonials from people who told how drinking ionized water had made a significant difference in the way they felt and I decided to try it myself.
