Status and Problems China Sensor And instruments | Instrument meter technologies and products, through development, have been greatly improved. China has more than 1,600 enterprises engaged in Sensor And instrument component of the research, development and production. But compared with foreign countries, our sensors and instrumentation components of the product variety and quality level, can not meet the needs of the domestic market, the overall level is still in the early 90s of last century the foreign level. Strategic objectives 2020, sensors and instrumentation components in the field should strive to achieve three strategic objectives:
To industrial control, automotive, communications, environmental protection, key service areas, to sensors, flexible components, optical components, special circuits for the key target of the original development of proprietary technologies and products;
To MEMS technology based, integrated, intelligent and network technology as the basis, to enhance manufacturing processes and new types of sensors and instrumentation components of development, to reach and close to the leading products of the advanced level of similar foreign products;
To increase variety, improve quality and economic efficiency as the main objective to accelerate the industrialization of China-made sensors and instrumentation components of the species share 70% to 80%, 60% of high-grade products.
Focus of development Sensor technology (1) MEMS technology and micro-structure of a new generation of solid-state sensor manufacturing process: deep reactive ion etching (DRIE) process or the IGP process; packaging technology: such as room temperature bonding of flip chip bonding, thin structure, stress-free package, multi-chip assembly process; new sensor: such as silicon using micro-sensors, micro-silicon mass flow sensor, with a dynamic aerospace sensors, micro sensors, auto pressure, acceleration sensors, chemical sensors, micro-environment protection.
(2) integration of sensor technology and micro-structure of multi-variable complex integrated manufacturing process; industrial control with a multi-variable complex sensors, such as: pressure, static pressure, temperature, three-variable sensor, air pressure, wind, temperature, humidity sensor four variables, micro-silicon composite strain pressure sensors, sensor display.
(3) intelligent technology and intelligent sensor signal wired or wireless detection, transform, logical judgments, functional terms, two-way communication, self-diagnosis and other intelligent technologies; intelligent multi-variable sensor, Intelligent Sensor and a variety of intelligent sensors , transmitter.
(4) networking technology and network sensor sensor network technology; networked sensors, the sensor has the function of industrial standard interfaces and protocols.
